As a Digital Production Manager for a customer communication platform at Telstra, I passionately collaborate with content, design and communications teams to deliver digital communications experience. Together, we've crafted dynamic, reusable templates and capabilities within CMS and delivered over APIs, empowering our teams to scale and innovate like never before.

Digital Producer, 2017 - 2020

I was responsible for crafting customer-centric and reusable digital experiences. I established guidelines and best practices for content and configurations, ensuring a seamless customer journey across all customer notifications channels.
I collaborated with brand, design and content teams to lay the groundwork for brand guidelines and developed testing plans to measure design and content effectiveness. I worked closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create assessments and designs, and provided realistic estimates and ongoing updates to maintain team alignment.
I developed technical documentation and user guides for new features, and partnered with the global agile team to manage the backlog, plan sprints, and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.

Digital Producer, 2015 - 2017

Developed and executed promotional strategies on website at Virgin Mobile by collaborating with product, UX, marketing, and data teams.
I configured products for the eCommerce platform and optimised content, usability, and functionality for digital channels to boost sales conversion. By using various analytics and heat mapping tools, we tracked and measured campaign performance to make data-driven decisions. Through continuous analysis and testing, we enhanced the website and user experience, leading to successful campaign launches.

It all kicked off here! What an incredible organisation - offering opportunities to anyone ready for a new challenge. I dove into everything from hospitality and sightseeing cruises to ferries and wharfs. I handled front desk ticket sales, staff rostering, admin and even mastered the art of managing seasonal campaigns on website and on third party partner platforms!

Website Marketing & Contracts Coordinator, 2012 - 2015

Regular management of digital content and campaigns, emails (eDMs) and special offers for ecommerce and third-party platforms. Part of the team delivering a new website with an improved booking process and improved SEO. Developed training and documentation for the new cutting-edge booking engine.
